This program meets the Yoga Alliance standards for advanced teacher training and the 450 contact hour criteria for RYT500 registration if completed by anyone holding the RYT200 credential upon commencing the program.

Yoga Athlete Teacher Training (YATT) is an advanced Teacher Training Program. This workshop is designed to increase your teaching knowledge on how to create, sport specific yoga programs for athletes of all levels, recreational to elite. Helping them train smarter and improve performance both physically and mentally.

ZGA Aerial Teacher Training Level 1
Applicants must have a minimum of RYT-200 or equivalent. Proof of certification required. This is intensive 2-day training. It will be fast paced and physical.
