Frances Gunn, RYT 200

Frances Gunn is a graduate of P3Yoga's first E-RYT 200 class (and the 500 hour training is in progress!) and has been teaching yoga at the studio, with university groups, on her back deck and at friends' cottages ever since.  Her teaching style is down-to-earth and emphasizes challenge, openness and acceptance.  She is a full-time professor at Ryerson University, and pursuing her PhD. Frances is thankful for the many gifts and lessons that her yoga practice has brought her over the years, and especially for the shared energy of a yoga class.
