hatha yoga

Hatha Level I-II

At P3 Yoga, we'll guide you, step-by-step, as you discover this wonderful practice. A great way to begin is with our simple and friendly Level I Yoga Class. Each class covers: Foundational Asanas (postures) Pranayama (breathing) Bandhas (energy locks) Dhyana/Nidra meditation/ visualization). Proper techniques of asanas are taught with the assistance of props such as straps, blocks, bolsters and walls, this helps you delve deeper into yourself and your practice.

Suitable for all ages and ability levels.

Hatha Level II-III

Taught by an advanced teacher, takes participants deeper into the more complex physical asanas, such as inversions, arm balances and advanced backbends as well as advancing experience and knowledge in meditation, pranayama and bandhas. This class is suitable for students who have been practicing yoga regularly for a year, teachers and teacher trainees.

Athlete Yoga

An athlete based yoga class which incorporates isolation and compound weight- training movements using dumbbells while performing a series of yoga poses. This practice will help improve lean muscle mass and build upper-body strength. For students who want to challenge themselves physically while receiving the benefits of Yoga.
