Hatha Level I-II
At P3 Yoga, we'll guide you, step-by-step, as you discover this wonderful practice. A great way to begin is with our simple and friendly Level I Yoga Class. Each class covers: Foundational Asanas (postures) Pranayama (breathing) Bandhas (energy locks) Dhyana/Nidra meditation/ visualization). Proper techniques of asanas are taught with the assistance of props such as straps, blocks, bolsters and walls, this helps you delve deeper into yourself and your practice.
Suitable for all ages and ability levels.
Hatha Level II-III
Taught by an advanced teacher, takes participants deeper into the more complex physical asanas, such as inversions, arm balances and advanced backbends as well as advancing experience and knowledge in meditation, pranayama and bandhas. This class is suitable for students who have been practicing yoga regularly for a year, teachers and teacher trainees.
Beach Yoga
For the month of August, start your mornings with a Yoga Practice that enhances the elements. Enjoy the sounds of the water, the fresh morning air, the warm sun. These classes are weather dependent and do not run on Holidays. Regular class fees and card fees apply. Please bring a yoga mat, water and sun screen (bring your bathing suit for a refreshing dip afterwards)
Restorative Yoga
Take time from your hectic week with this soothing Yoga class for stress relief and relaxation This is a very gentle yoga practice with emphasis on prop use to support you as you unwind and let tension drain away. Suitable for all levels
TYA Athlete Yoga®
“The Yoga Advantage®”, developed by International Yoga Teacher and P3 Yoga founder Suzanne Hennig. These classes are specifically for athletes; sequences are designed to improve balance, flexibility, power and stamina which will result in improved performance, injury reduction and faster recovery for athletes of all levels. Classes are specific to the sport you are involved in with your training goals in mind.
Zero-Gravity Aerial Yoga®
Classes use a low-hanging fabric hammock to support the weight of the body. Students explore their maximum stretch quickly and without effort, flipping upside-down with ease, putting zero pressure on the head or neck. The practice develops greater upper body and core stability strength.
Along with intense stretches and deep muscle release, Zero-Gravity Aerial Yoga classes accentuate a light-hearted side of the Yoga philosophy: which is having fun!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A challenging, meditative, flowing series of yoga asana. Classes include pranayama, sun salutations, variations of seated, lying, standing and inverted asanas, and guided relaxation. A challenging class suitable for levels II-III
